Basic Foods
Students discover the basics of food preparation and nutrition through hands-on involvement, from boiling water to preparing an entire meal for the class.
Prerequisite: Must be a junior or senior

Child Development
This course explores the first six years of life, with an emphasis on the emotional, social, physical, intellectual and moral development of children. Students have an opportunity to apply their learning through observations of children and their learning environment.
