Thank you for donating your time to the success of our Auction!Please review the list below. We invite you to participate in any of these areas. Contact the or phone for further details. PublicityHelp us spread the word about our auction - the more bidders we have, the more successful we will be in our fundraising efforts. Share the date with your friends and co-workers. Consider downloading and printing a poster to share the details when you aren't at your desk. Set UpAuction set up begins March 10, 2005. Our committee may work around the clock tagging items for the pre-priced sale, sorting items by category, making gift baskets, setting up tables, computer equipment, chairs and auction item displays in all categories, and preparing lunch and auction catalogs. That's a big list and we could use your help anytime of day or into the evenings! PreviewFriday, March 11th, from 6:30-9 pm our doors open for previewing auction items, selling pre-priced merchandise and baked goods. We will begin accepting Silent Auction bids and absentee bids for the Live Auction. You are welcome to assist in any category area that you wish!
Event DayAuction Day is Saturday, March 12, 2005. Doors open at 9:30 am. Live Auction begins at 11:30 am. Lunch and refreshments will be served starting at 11:00 am. A work schedule will be posted. You may choose a time and a category that fits your schedule best!
Clean UpA neccesssary detail following all events. Cleaning up includes: emptying trash, closing and cleaning the lunch and refreshments kitchen, stacking chairs, folding tables and miscellaneous duties of that nature. "Heros" usually do these jobs with no complaints! Bake SaleIf you are unavailable on Auction day or during that week, please consider baking items for our Bake Sale! Pies, Bars and Sweet Breads are very popular items that we can never have too many of! Everyone enjoys cakes, cookies and whole grain breads and rolls too. Baked goods will be accepted at our school on Thursday and Friday, March 10 & 11. Deliver items on disposable plates, trays and containers, please (they will not be returned). *All donated items are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
